We work with a wide range of insurance providers, including Aetna, Optum, Anthem, Cigna, Humana, Carelon, United Healthcare, and Magellan. For clients with PPO insurance plans, we also offer statements for potential reimbursement.

We accept most major insurance plans. If you’re unsure whether your plan is accepted, simply contact our office — we’re happy to verify your benefits and walk you through the process.
For clients not using insurance, we offer self-pay options and can provide superbills for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
